Our goal is to provide a stable, structured environment where residents can rebuild their lives with dignity, accountability, and purpose.

The Heart of Our Community
Founded by Erik Parker, a retired Reentry Probation & Parole Officer, Clarine's House was developed in response to the critical gaps in reentry support, particularly the lack of safe housing and consistent guidance during one of the most vulnerable transitions in a person's life.
